FCPD Women’s Self-Defense Program.

Registration is now open for the September (13th, 15th, 20th and 22nd) class!

Join us for essential crime prevention and personal safety information followed by hands-on self-defense practice.

This FREE program is four nights (and students must agree to attend ALL four nights to register).

WOMEN ONLY. (Participants 13-17 years old are welcome and MUST be accompanied by a registered parent/guardian all four nights.)
